Music is perhaps the most important artistic creation in the history
of human invention. No form of art has been more instrumental in shaping
the way we think, feel, and live. Throughout history, music has been
cherished, exalted, and at the same time condemned and despised. No
matter how one may think of it, music shapes the way we live our daily
lives.
The history of music is an immensely vast topic, covering thousands of
years of human history. The information contained on the world wide web
can only barely scratch the surface. However, what you will find is
the account of the music that would become the lifeblood of this country
for roughly the first half of this century.
From ragtime at the turn of the century, to big bands in the thirties and
forties, music has revolutionized the mood and spirit of this nation.
Whether through times of depression, reform, prohibition, or war, music
has changed with the times while keeping a close connection to the heart
of this nation.

Bob Westrbook, Westbrook Productions - Germantown, Tennessee
|
Hillari started taking voice in the fall of 1997, and placed in
almost every competition she entered. As her debut in voice
started off well, there was still several elements that seemed
missing. In the fall of 1998, nearly one year after starting
taking vocal lessons, she hooked up with Bob Westbrook. "Bob" as
he is called by all of his students and friends, is reknown for
his guidance and his ability to bring everything there is out of
anyone he works with. Several of his students have signed recording
contracts and even have albums cut, including Meredith Edwards,
Whitney Duncan, Brittney Spears, and Justin Timberlake and Lance
Bass of 'n Sync. Bob Westbrook has created and helped mold existing
talent in hundreds of children and adults.
